Back home now, and recovering. This adventure will stay with us forever. Theo and I grew together, learned. Indy to Harmonie in nine days. Thanks to everyone who followed along. An Asian carp jumped into our canoe! You can imagine our surprise. We acted quickly to secure, clean, and eat the fish, thanking the Creator. Up till now, we've done plenty of fishing, but no catching. Beaver splashing tail. Bat flutter-flapping under bridge. Bald Eagles galore. Kingfishers. Swallow nests caking underside of bridges. Turtles, snakes. One tick on Jane. Locust. Adventurers need Moms too!
